Karoline Raets is a passionate and commercially focused international executive with strong business and transformation experience in various human capital roles. She spent the first half of her career on the business side (Sales, Marketing, Communications) and made a full career change in 2007 stepping into her first CHRO role at GL TRADE, a French Fintech company with global presence. Karoline has solid experience implementing the broad spectrum of human capital components: HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Learning & Development, Internal/International Mobility - On and Off boarding - Referral and Loyalty Rewards Programs, Performance & Strategic Talent Management, Job Architecture, Reward Strategies, Location strategies, Executive coaching. She held various CHRO roles in Private Equity backed organizations where she focused on integrating, transforming and automating HR to increase efficiency and impact. She most recently was CHRO of Adenza, a company acquired by Nasdaq end of 2023 and is now heading Nasdaq's global Strategic Talent Management team focusing on Talent, Engagement and Strategic Workforce Planning.
